had an amazing romantic weekend in zadar! apartments & rooms hosana exceeded expectations with spacious accommodation, beachfront terrace, and friendly hostess. enjoyed swimming in the adriatic just steps away from the apartment. perfect location near the town center. a truly special stay!

inadequate lighting

This apartment feels so cozy! The living room has a comfy seating area and an LED TV for chilling with friends. The double room is basic but has everything you need, like an electric kettle for your morning coffee. The private bathroom is a nice touch, and they even provide free toiletries. The apartment has a separate seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Thank goodness for the air conditioning in this spacious apartment, it kept us cool during the hot summer days! The private entrance gives you a sense of privacy and convenience. Some units have a terrace or balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. Having a kitchen in the apartment was super helpful, especially for making breakfast before heading out.

Personally, I found the toaster in the apartment a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

We stayed at Apartments & Rooms Hosana in Zadar for a week with our family. Sandrina, the owner, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with a fully-equipped kitchen. Sandrina even left some goodies in the fridge for us. The bathroom and bed sheets smelled amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sea and a beautiful sunset park. There were ladders to easily access the water. a great experience and we highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location just steps away from the beach! the apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the owners were incredibly hospitable, even treating us to homemade treats and offering helpful recommendations. With a supermarket and bar nearby, we had everything we needed within walking distance. Plus, the hosts were kind enough to organize transportation for us from the airport. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

Although the apartment had a lot to offer, there were a few minor inconveniences. the WiFi could be a bit slow at times, and the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a bus ride that wasn't always reliable.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is very close to the sea. the beach is just in front of the house, and it takes only 30 minutes of pleasant walking along the coast to reach the city center. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the host is very friendly and accommodating. the apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the fresh sea air.

The bathroom is a bit small, only allowing one person in at a time.

Our stay at Apartment Hosana was absolutely wonderful! The value for money was great, and the room itself was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short stroll through the garden to the seafront. The staff treated us incredibly well, from providing local treats and fresh produce to helping us with taxis and beach towels.

Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety.
